MindShifts.co — Start a Conversation.
A first conversation. No scope. No commitment.
This is a 45-minute conversation to understand the context you're navigating and whether this work is a good fit for what's required. Sometimes it is. Sometimes it isn't.
Either way, the conversation is useful.
FOR LEADERS
You're navigating a transition.
A new role, a shift in scope, a disruption, or a moment where the usual steadiness isn't quite there yet. This conversation is about understanding what's changing and what it requires — before we discuss anything else.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
You're managing a transition.
A leadership appointment, a restructure, or a disruption that is reshaping how decisions are made. This conversation is about understanding the context, the stakes, and whether this is the right container for what you're managing.
What to Expect.
The conversation is 45 minutes. Here is what it is — and what it isn't.
It begins with listening. The first part of the conversation is about your context — what's happening, what's at stake, where you are in it. No forms to complete in advance. No agenda to prepare.
It covers the arc. Once the context is clear, I'll walk you through the Integration Arc — how the work is structured, what it holds at each phase, and where your situation sits within it.
It ends with clarity, not a close. You'll leave with a clearer read of the transition you're inside — and a sense of whether this work is the right container for it. If it is, the next step isa personalized arc prepared for your specific situation. If it isn't, I'll say so.
Investment and scope are discussed after, not before. The first conversation is not a scoping call. It is a genuine conversation. Scope and investment are discussed in the second conversation, once the arc has been personalized to your situation.
