  1. Who is this work for?
    Senior leaders navigating role shifts, expanded mandates, succession moments, or periods where judgment carries heightened visibility and consequence.

  2. Is this coaching or advisory work?
    It draws from both. The work focuses on judgment, integration, and decision-making in real organisational contexts — not performance coaching or skill training.

  3. How will I know if this is the right moment to engage?
    Most people arrive here when acting quickly would be easier — but acting carefully would be wiser. If decisions feel visible, irreversible, or quietly consequential, the moment is already present.

  4. Do you work with individuals, organisations, or both?
    Both. Engagements may be individual, organisational, or architected collective environments, depending on the moment and mandate.

  5. Is this a fixed programme?
    No. The work is structured, but not formulaic. The shape of engagement is determined through an initial conversation.

  6. How long do engagements typically last?
    Some engagements are short and focused. Others extend over time as responsibility and complexity compound.

  7. Do you use assessments?
    Where helpful, yes. This may include Hogan assessments or other diagnostic tools — always in service of judgment, not labels.

  8. Is confidentiality guaranteed?
    Yes. Discretion is non-negotiable.
