Singapore Workforce Transition Support.
(Low-Bono Initiative)
This is a small, 1:1 coaching-led transition support initiative for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who’ve been structurally affected by AI, automation, or organisational change.
It’s for moments when a role has shifted or ended — and what lingers isn’t a lack of ability, but a quieter question:
Where does my experience still belong?
This isn’t a program.
It’s a short series of thoughtful conversations, held when clarity and ease matter more than speed.
Who This Is For.
This support is meant for mid-to-senior career professionals who are:
Processing AI-driven disruption or redundancy.
Navigating restructuring or unclear mandates.
Sitting with an identity shift after the scope has changed.
In the space between what was familiar and what’s next
The work is about making sense of what’s changed and clarifying next steps with steadiness — not rushing toward the next role.
How the Conversations Work.
1:1 coaching conversations.
Three sessions over 4–6 weeks.
Private, contained, and time-bound.
No assessments, programmes, or ongoing commitments.
The conversations are designed to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s changed, and arrive at next steps that feel grounded and your own.
About Me and My Role In This Work.
I’ve spent over two decades working with leaders and professionals at moments where something important has shifted — a role has changed, scope has expanded or narrowed, or the ground beneath them no longer feels familiar.
I’m a PCC-certified executive coach, but more importantly, I work as a thinking partner during transitions — holding space for reflection, asking the right questions, and helping patterns become visible.
I don’t advise, prescribe, or direct outcomes.
The work is about creating enough clarity and steadiness for you to decide what comes next, without urgency or over-correction.
Investment.
This subsidized initiative includes three 1:1 coaching conversations (60–75 minutes each).
SGD 900 total for the three-session engagement.
This is a contained, coaching-led engagement designed to help you navigate transition with clarity and steadiness.
Limited to three Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents per quarter.
A Gentle Boundary.
This low-bono initiative is intentionally small as part of our local workforce transition contribution this year. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll say so early and respectfully.
