Why I Walk This Path With You

I built this practice because I remember that silence.

I am not a career academic or a theorist. I am an Operator turned Partner. I have navigated the P&L pressure, the boardroom dynamics, and the "quiet conflict" of leading through uncertainty.

I know that the higher you climb, the fewer people you can genuinely talk to. You can’t vent to your team (it causes panic), and you can’t vent to your boss (it signals weakness).
