Introducing our new brand identity
We are really excited to announce the launch of our new brand identity - our logo - demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement and evolution.
Our professional identity and our leadership solutions have evolved tremendously since we first launched in 2020. 2023 marks a new beginning for us as we embark on a journey of deep impact and focused leadership solutions, with our valued clients - existing and future. We are committed to them, their growth, and their impact, and through them to ours.
Our new logo is our first step in renewing that commitment - symbolizing what we stand for today, what we do, and what we envision for our clients to experience and invoke through working with us.
Here’s what each element on our logo represents -
The dominant color red-pink - a twist on crimson - is expressive of energy, courage, strength and power while pulsating with its vibrancy representing visibility, happiness, passion, playfulnesss and a new narrative.
The secondary color cotton candy blue - is expressive of a vast sky that has no boundaries and is limitless while pulsating with its calmness and silent presence representing trust, loyalty, and dependability.
The emphasis on letter M (while signifying alignment to the group company) signifies everything begins with our mindset. When our mindset shifts thinking shifts, when our thinking shifts behaviours and actions shift, and when behaviours and actions shift, our outcomes shift.
The arrow is our commitment to onward and upward, encouraging to keep going, to keep growing. It’s constant and continuous. There will be pauses, there will be moments, there will be stillness, but then there’s onward and upward.
Our new logo reflects our growth mindset and a continuous improvement culture. It is designed to inspire and elevate us as we continue to provide pathbreaking leadership solutions to our clients.
