I work with leaders and organizations at the moments where responsibility becomes visible, and decisions begin to carry consequences beyond their intent. What I pay attention to is judgment — not performance. The work is private, structured, and close to what's actually live.
I pay attention to how authority is being read before it's formally established — whether urgency is structural or self-imposed, which early decisions are quietly shaping future constraints, and what's assumed but never named in the system. These are the places where leadership trajectories harden, often long before the outcomes are visible.
This perspective came from being inside leadership transitions — not observing them from the outside. Promotions, external hires, restructures, succession decisions, and reinvention following disruption. I've worked both inside leadership systems and alongside them, which means I've seen how decisions land in practice — not just how they are intended.
I don't work by motivating, advising, or prescribing paths. I work by helping leaders think clearly when the conditions are designed to make that harder — close to live decisions, before patterns are set.
