Individual Coaching
When you've already made the move into a new role or organisation, or it's imminent.
Is this Where You Are?
You're learning the unwritten rules only by breaking one first. You're burning the midnight oil, silently wondering whether this is what you actually signed up for. You're questioning whether this role needs what was communicated or whether something's missing. You're finding out the hard way that the stakeholders you're building relationships with aren't the ones who help you move the needle. And the team that's resistant to you — is that really about you, or something else?
Knowing where the risk actually sits, before it costs you your credibility.
Understanding what the role actually needs, not just what was communicated.
Reading the culture and the room fast enough that you're not learning the unwritten rules by breaking them.
Knowing whether resistance is about you, about your operating style, or about something the team doesn’t know.
Recognising the power centre, instead of finding it the hard way.
Moving deliberately, with a plan, instead of reacting to whatever surfaces next.
And is this where you’d rather be?
The Integration Edge
Getting from where you are to where you'd rather be isn't about learning faster. It's about someone catching what you can't see from inside your own transition — the risk before it costs you credibility, the culture before you learn it by breaking a rule, the resistance before you misread it. That's integration work. Not a course, not a framework — a carefully planned integration that surfaces the signs you need to watch for and stabilises your leadership in the new role and environment.
What It Costs to Skip It
Most of what derails a transition is visible by month one — to the people around you, just not to you — how you're showing up, how you're reading the room, whether you're actually the right call. They're observing you, judging you, from the start. You don't know it's happening. By month six, the patterns that were visible begin to harden. Being unaware of how you're being read — of what your own actions are actually doing — is where most leadership transitions fail. After that, the narrative is much harder to rewrite, and it can keep you stuck in that read for far longer than it should.
So either you catch it yourself, or you have someone who can catch it for you.
Who This Is For
You are about to move — into a new role or a new organisation.
You like to be ready, prepared, and working from a plan. You want to stay ahead and be on strong ground before the pressure sets in — not scrambling to find it once you're already in the seat.
You've already moved. You are three to four months in, and what’s creeping in is stuckness instead of movement.
You need to see what you can't — from inside the system you're now operating in, and overcome whatever is coming in the way.
Leaders navigating AI-driven shift in their role or what's expected of them.
You are sitting with ambiguity and uncertainty, and a question — how do I translate where the organisation is headed into how I cope and lead differently?
The Work Needed in these Transitions
Establishing authority with people who'll form an opinion before you've found your footing.
Reading a system fast and being read as credible just as fast.
Recalibrating relationships that may come with attached assumptions, or building new ones with nothing to build on.
Building sound judgment for roles and contexts that shift shape in real time, often without a track record for what "good" looks like.
Translating where the organisation is headed into what you need to hold, and where you need to hold your people accountable.
Recognising the power centre, what good decisions mean, and what the unspoken culture norms are, instead of finding it the hard way.
Why Work With Me
The work above — reading the power centre, translating what's expected, catching what a system won't say out loud — isn't theoretical for me. I've lived every one of those moments from inside a transition, before I ever coached anyone through one
I've led through more transitions than I can count. The hard part was never the change itself. It was getting integrated — into the new environment, the new context, the new expectations that are never stated plainly.
I've been the leader guessing at what the room actually wanted, learning the hard way which relationships mattered and which power centre I'd misread. Twenty years of that, including a decade in roles where a misstep was expensive and visible, taught me the patterns I now catch early in someone else.
And having supported leaders navigating new terrain while also working directly with organisations means I see the whole picture — not just one side of it.

Ways to Get Started
The Integration Conversation
A focused session on your specific transition — what's working, what isn't, where the real gap sits. What your team and the system might be reading through your unconscious actions and behaviours. Where there might be misalignment that's costing you. What needs to shift, why, and how.
You leave with a clear read on what you're navigating and the best way forward, a specific answer on whether ongoing support would help, and what shape it should take.
SGD 750
If you continue into Integrative, the SGD 750 is credited against it.
Integrative
A long-term engagement that puts an unbiased, invested partner by your side — someone who's already lived what you're navigating, catching the drift early instead of after it's set.
We meet every 2-3 weeks. Each conversation follows what's actually live, while staying anchored to the plan we build together — progress, what's working, what isn't, the signs you might be missing, the gaps still open, the alignment that hasn't caught up yet. Between sessions, you have direct access to me for anything that can't wait.
Every engagement includes a Hogan-backed read from the start, folded into the work itself.

FAQs
-
Yes, as often as you need. Only the first session's fee is credited toward Integrative, regardless of how many you've booked.
-
No. This track exists for leaders navigating a transition on their own — self-funded, no sponsor, no tripartite structure. But if you'd rather your organisation cover it, that's possible too — see below.
-
Yes. Some leaders choose to approach their manager or HR once they've decided this is worth doing. If that's useful, I can help with the draft — a short email you can send to make the case, with me copied so any questions go straight to me rather than back through you.
-
It's recommended whenever you want an evidence-based starting point rather than a guess — especially before a role or when something's been unclear for a while, and you want a specific answer, not a general sense. It's not required to start Integrative; some people prefer to begin with coaching directly and bring in a read later, if at all. Neither path is wrong — it depends on whether you already have clarity or want the data to build it.
-
The same way. I'll walk you through how it works, and provide the email drafts and follow-ups needed to reach the people you want feedback from — you send them, but nothing about gathering it is left for you to figure out alone.
-
A direct line to me — message or email — for anything high-stakes that can't wait until the next scheduled session. Not unlimited availability, and not a substitute for the sessions themselves, but a real option when something comes up in between.
