    1. How is this workshop different from general career advice or training?

      This is not a general training session. This is a highly focused, intensive workshop that moves beyond guidelines to provide specialized strategic frameworks. We focus specifically on translating competence into executive value and managing the subtle behavioral risks (derailers) that often undermine promotion discussions, ensuring your case is objective and compelling.

    2. How does the small group size (maximum 7) benefit my specific promotion strategy?

      The small group size ensures you receive personalized strategic attention and coaching on your unique career narrative. You will participate in live practice, receive direct feedback on your Performance Narrative, and benefit from hearing the diverse perspectives of other high-potential leaders. This is essential for refining your message for different executive stakeholders.

    3. Is there any pre-work required, and how long will it take?

      Yes. To make the most of the 4-hour session, you will be required to complete a short Pre-Workshop Reflection Guide. This takes approximately 30–45 minutes and helps you identify your core achievements and initial aspirations. Completing this ensures your time is spent on high-value strategy and discussion, rather than on foundational reflection during the workshop.

    4. I am not up for a review now—is this still beneficial?

      Absolutely. This workshop is about career preparedness, not just review timing. The skills you learn—quantifying your impact, framing your aspiration, and managing behavioral risks—are the foundational competencies needed for high-stakes networking, salary negotiations, and building an executive reputation at any point in the year.

    5. When are the Performance Review Preparatory Workshops typically offered?

      We strategically schedule this workshop to precede the major global performance and promotion cycles to make it highly relevant and immediately actionable. You can expect cohorts timed around four key corporate windows: at the end of Q4 and mid-year check-ins (Q2/Q3).

    6. Can I opt-in for a 1:1 Performance-Review Preparation?

      Yes. While our public workshops offer collective learning, many senior leaders require maximum privacy, flexible pacing, and focused strategic input. We offer the Hogan-Powered Executive Clarity Program, which is a specialized 1:1 solution built on the Hogan Personality Assessments - a focused executive readiness diagnostic. This program provides the most targeted strategic clarity for your career narrative and derailer management. The 1:1 Clarity Pack starts at SGD 2,550.

Registration Process

Follow these clear steps to secure your enrollment in an Open Workshop:

  1. Select Program: Find the date and topic on the calendar that aligns with your availability.

  2. Enroll & Pay: Complete the online registration form and finalize your investment via the secure payment gateway.

  3. Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation immediately. An official payment receipt will be sent to you shortly after enrollment.

  4. Get Ready: You will receive a Welcome Package email with a guide to help you maximize your learning.

  5. Complete Pre-work: You will receive a short, essential Pre-Workshop Reflection Guide. This ensures you maximize your focused time and bring your biggest challenge to the session.

Transfer & Cancellation Policy

We maintain strict policies to ensure the quality and small group size are preserved, while respecting the commitment of all participants. If you must change or cancel your registration, the following fees apply:

  • If you make changes more than 30 days before the start date, there are no fees for transferring or canceling your registration.

  • If you make changes between 15 and 30 days before the start date, a 25% fee will apply to your booking transfer. For cancellations, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • If you make changes within 14 days before the start date, a 50% transfer fee will be charged. No refunds are available for cancellations made within this timeframe.

Note: For cancellations within 14 days, we cannot issue a monetary refund, as costs are committed. We will, however, apply a 50% credit toward a future workshop (Transfer option).
