Registration Process
Follow these clear steps to secure your enrollment in an Open Workshop:
Select Workshop: Find the date and topic on the calendar that aligns with your availability.
Schedule Call: Complete the registration form and schedule a clarity call with your coach to assess program fit.
Secure Your Seat: After the call, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure payment gateway link to pay SGD 150 to secure your seat. This fee is non-refundable but eligible for credit toward any future program/date.
Get Ready: You will receive a Welcome Package email with a guide to help you maximize your learning 5 days before the program starts.
Complete Pre-work: You will receive a short, essential Pre-Workshop Reflection Guide. This ensures you maximize your focused time and bring your biggest challenge to the session.
Transfer & Cancellation Policy
To preserve the quality and intimate dynamic of our small-group workshops, we maintain strict registration policies.
Please note: All registrations include a mandatory SGD 150 administrative fee. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances; however, it is adjustable, meaning it can be retained as a credit toward any future program or date.
If you must change or cancel your registration, the following tiers apply:
More than 30 Days Before Start:
Transfer: No fee.
Cancellation: Full refund of the balance paid (minus the SGD 150 fee, which is held as a future credit).
15 – 30 Days Before Start:
Transfer: A 25% fee applies to move your booking.
Cancellation: A 50% cancellation fee applies.
14 Days or Less Before Start:
Transfer: A 50% fee applies to move your booking.
Cancellation: No monetary refunds are available.
Note: For cancellations made within 14 days, while we cannot issue a cash refund due to committed costs, the non-refundable SGD 150 fee remains eligible for credit toward a future workshop.
