mindshifts.co was established in 2019 as the leadership development practice of Maxcel Group Pte. Ltd., providing coaching integrated journeys that unlock full potential to lead with greater self-alignment, influence, and impact.

Central Mega Kencana - and from building and leading teams, establishing new business ventures from ground-up, leading global sales and SME consulting.
